You’ve got a really bad feeling deep in your gut, like multiple knots that can’t be loosened.  It can’t be good that everyone’s keeping secrets from you.  It really can’t be good that Buddy is driven to tears at the very mention of the tablets.

Whatever it is they’re all hiding from you, it has to be something terrible.  You have to find out about it, and if no one else likes that, then you’re just going to have to do it alone.
