You can’t believe it.  The plan you cooked up.  It’s really going to happen.

So while you and Rose sneak your way to Derse’s Main City, Dave will accompany Jade and The Mayor through the gates.  He’ll drop off The Mayor when they reach Skaia, help Jade get to Prospit, and then head back to Skaia again.

On Prospit, Jade will sneak back into her spire just in time for the Prospitian Eclipse.  From there, she will observe Skaia’s visions and call you if anything changes.
